Marketarta OÜ (Registry Code 17453771) is a private limited company organised under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We operate fully online and do not maintain a public office address. References to “we”, “us”, or “Marketarta” in this document refer to Marketarta OÜ.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information in connection with our website, our marketing services, and our communications with current and prospective clients.

Information you give us — including your name, email address, company name, role, project brief, and any other content you submit through the contact form or email correspondence.

Information collected automatically — including device type, browser, approximate geolocation, referring page, and aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

To respond to your brief and conduct the engagement you have requested.

To operate, maintain, and improve the website, including security monitoring and performance analytics.

To communicate with you about active or prospective engagements, important account or service updates, and — only with your express consent — occasional studio updates.

We do not sell personal information, ever.

We process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679: performance of a contract you have asked us to perform, our legitimate interests in operating a small studio, your consent (where required), and our legal obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@marketarta.com.

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the studio — for example our email host, payment processor, and analytics platform — and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.

We may disclose information if compelled to do so by a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marketarta, our clients, or others.

We may transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area to service providers in jurisdictions that the European Commission has determined provide an adequate level of protection, or under appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Brief submissions and project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven years afterwards as required for tax, contractual, or legitimate-interest reasons.

Analytics and operational logs are retained on a rolling 13-month window unless specific records are required for security investigations.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

The site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage entries strictly for theme preference, session-scoped UI state, and aggregated analytics. We do not run advertising-network trackers from this domain.
