The brief

Smart Cooling came in with a healthy book of repeat business and almost no new-customer pipeline. The brand looked twenty years older than the team behind it. Paid acquisition was running flat and the founder was burning hours every week posting to social. They needed top-of-funnel that didn't depend on him being awake.

The work

We refreshed the identity into something that reads premium on a quote, a van wrap, and an Instagram grid. We then built a content engine that produces and ships eight on-brand posts a week from a single weekly recording session. Under that we wired the lead system: landing page, multi-step intake form, CRM routing, and an SMS responder that opens the conversation inside ninety seconds.

The outcome

Inside ninety days, qualified lead volume grew 240%. Cost per booked appointment fell 41%. The founder reclaimed roughly a day a week from manual posting and triage and shifted it into closing.
